This month our Book is I am a Train by Ace Landers

Multilayered, three-dimensional board book shaped like a train!

All aboard for this fun and sturdy board book shaped like a train. Read along as steam engines, freight trains, and passenger trains travel from town to town. With simple facts about trains and colourful illustrations, little engineers will love seeing these big machines in action!

Every month we meet at Chapters Red Deer for story time, a simple craft and a book giveaway!

Baby Basics: Books for Babies - Never Let you Go

This month the momstown Baby Basics Book of the month is Never Let You Go by Patricia Storms.

What a wonderful book to share with baby!

A spirited little penguin learns that a parent’s love is unconditional. Hilariously funny and just as tender, this book perfectly captures the enduring bond between a parent and a child.

My girls love ALL things Penguin! And the Babies and moms loved this touching book!

Scholastic Canada sponsors our Books for Babies program each month in Red Deer! This month's sleection is GIGGLE!! By Caroline Jayne Church!

There's no greater thing to do
Than laugh and giggle here with you!

Pressing the giggle button made all the babies pay attention to this book!
And of course the giggle of a baby is infectious!!
All the babies loved this book and of course their older sublings couldn't stop puching the button! Such a fun book to have in your house!

As always a lucky member got to take a copy of this book home to their family!!

This month our Book for Baby was called My First Hockey Book by Ian Crysler!

The babies loved the bright pictures, and the moms thought this was a great story to share with the dads!!
