Rah Rah!

The mamas went to check out Premier Cheer All Stars to see what it's all about last weekend.  We started out by playing some parachute games, followed by circle time, a gymnastics style circut and some free playtime.

The kids had a blast burning off some of their extra energy from being cooped up inside during our extended winter weather!  Premier Cheer is a great alternative to get your kids moving!

Their spring programs are starting soon, they offer a fantastic Birthday Party package, and they are starting a Pre-School in the fall.  Be sure to check out their website for all of the details at reddeer.premiercheer.org.

momstown hits the gym!

momstown had a great time this month when we decended on Exelta Gymnastics Club in the Collicut Centre for their discovery drop-in mom & tots class!

I think the mom's had just as much fun as the tots - running, chasing, tumbling & flipping.

We finished the day off with a dive into the foam pit... this was alot of fun, but much easier to get into than out of!
