Books for baby: I Love You
At our first books for Babies program event at Chapters Red Deer, our book of the month courtesy of Scholastic Canada was I love you by Caroline Jayne Church. To go along with our theme, Chapters also had their employee read the babies the book Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney.
Since our Scholastic Book of the month was all about the parts of Baby that we love, we decided to make a LOVE picture with babies feet making the V (and a heart).
The painting of little feet caused a lot of giggles from ticklish toes,
and a very cute keepsake for the moms to remember how little babies feet once were.
Our new member Lindsey also was the lucky winner of the book of the month, and got to take it home for her daughter!
