I asked what worked for other momstown mamas or what they have heard works.
I had so many great responses, that I have compiled a top 10 list here!
- Castor Oil - um YUCK!
- Reflexology or Acupuncture
- Raspberry Leaf Tea - I love this tea!
- Chiropractor
- Massage
- Sex - the LAST thing I was interested in, sorry hon
- Walking - did LOTS of this
- Squats or Walking Lunges
- Spicy Foods - to add to the heart burn?
- Scrubbing the Floor or Vacuuming - aka NESTING
- Bonus FRESH PINEAPPLE - has worked 3 our of 4 times for me * - not scientifically proven

I had an induction with my oldest and I wasn't interested in repeating it.
Our Baby #4 arrived 7 hours prior to our appointment at the hospital to start the induction process.
My husband would tell you it is because of all the pineapple he made me eat and all the raspberry tea I drank. I also did a lot of cleaning on Sunday (the day my water broke on its own) getting ready for baby to arrive, I am sure that helped as well.
